ORDERING

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

We've done our best to make this as simple as possible. The size listed outside of the parentheses is true to size. ie: 4 (3-4)

Our size guides are located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. If you’re still not quite sure which size is right for you, please email at us for help at hello@shop18summers.com.

We offer free exchanges on all orders. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! To cancel your order, please email us at hello@shop18summers.com within 24hrs. If the order has already shipped we will be unable to cancel the order.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is the buyers responsibility. But exchange orders are free of charge.

WHAT'S YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer free exchanges on all items within 30 days of purchase, excluding final sale items.

Items must be unworn, unused, tags and sanitary liners intact.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Be aware that return shipping will be deducted

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Returned items must have sanitary liners still intact.

WHERE'S MY REFUND?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.


A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund. Typically 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We're proud of your super speedy shipping! We do our best to ship orders out within 1-2 business days.

During peak times, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 business days to let you
know your order is on the way with your tracking number. It may take the carrier additional time to scan and receive you item so please be patient.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALY?

At this time time, we do not ship outside of the United States. Hopefully soon!

IS THERE FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

All products are quality checked.

Our warranty safeguards against manufacturer defects including manufacturing, design, or material issues.

Contact us within 2 months of detecting any problems. Exclusions are misuse or non-manufacturer defects.
